Thank you for shopping at Good Faith Works. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy for returns and refunds.
Return & Refund Eligibility: We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged/defective, or if you received the incorrect product. You have 20 days from the date you received the item to submit a claim and return the item. Any claims for damaged/defective items or incorrect items must be submitted within 20 days of receiving the items. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and include original packaging. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Once the claim has been submitted and the item is returned, you will receive a replacement or a refund based on your selection (replacement or refund). Good Faith Works does not issue exchanges.
How to submit your claim: Please complete the online form included on this page. Include your name, email address, select an option from the “reason for claim” dropdown, select replacement or refund from the resolution dropdown, and include a picture of the damaged/defective items or incorrect items.
